About Us

After serving in the U.S. Army for 21 years Dave retired and began a new a new career in the insurance industry. While in the military, Dave earned his BS in Occupational Leadership and Networking. His integrity and high standards have helped to create a tenacious company here at W & N Settlements. Dave has served as the Field Services Manager for a multi-location team of 20+ adjusters and a catastrophe adjuster, manager and trainer.

Kari's exemplary foundation began in the U.S. Army in 2000. After her 8 years of service she studied at St. Petersburg College and earned her BAS in Management & Organizational Leadership, with a focused dergree in Project Management. Kari's expansive knowledge in property policies, commercial claims and liability projects is a cornerstone to our success.
